If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
When you use our Services, now or in the future, you are agreeing to the latest Terms of Service. That's true for any of our existing and future products and all features that we add to our Services over time. There may be times where we do not exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service; in doing so, we are not waiving that right or provision. These terms do contain a limitation of our liability.
Beb, Inc. does not guarantee that the Services are suitable, lawful, or available in every location. If you choose to use the Services, you do so at your own discretion and must ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, federal, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and accept that we are not liable to you or any third party for any actions taken in response to a termination, including loss of data or restricted access. Termination also does not absolve you from any financial obligations or liabilities incurred before the date of termination.

-
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. We provide these Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not offer service-level agreements for our Services.
-
We reserve the right to temporarily disable your account if your usage significantly exceeds the average usage of other customers of the Services. Of course, we'll reach out to the account owner before taking any action except in rare cases where the level of use may negatively impact the performance of the Service for other customers.
-
We take many measures to protect and secure your data through backups, redundancies, and encryption. We enforce encryption for data transmission from the public Internet. There are some edge cases where we may send your data through our network unencrypted.

-
All content posted on the Services must comply with U.S. copyright law.
-
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Services. All materials uploaded remain yours.
-
We do not pre-screen content, but reserve the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the Service.
-
The names, look, and feel of the Services are copyright© to Beb, Inc. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission from Beb, Inc. You must request permission to use the Company's logo or any Service logos for promotional purposes. Please email us requests to use logos. We reserve the right to rescind this permission if you violate these Terms of Service.
-
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services without the express written permission by Beb, Inc.
-
You must not modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Services or Beb, Inc.
Features and Bugs
We design our Services with care, based on our own experience and the experiences of customers who share their time and feedback. However, there is no such thing as a service that pleases everybody. We make no guarantees that our Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
As with any software, our Services inevitably have some bugs. We track the bugs reported to us and work through priority ones, especially any related to security or privacy. Not all reported bugs will get fixed and we don't guarantee completely error-free Services.
Beb, Inc. does not warrant the uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free functioning of its smart contracts, public blockchains used by the Services (including Base), or any associated platform or marketplace.
Copyright Policy
If you believe content on our Services infringes your copyright, you may send us a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) to request its removal. The notice must include specific information: your (or your agent's) signature, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing content with enough detail to locate it, your contact information, a statement that you believe the content's use is unauthorized, and a declaration that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. If your content is removed but you believe it's not infringing or you have authorization to use it, you can send a written counter-notice to the Copyright Agent with your signature, identification of the removed content, a statement of good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake, and your contact information. Upon receiving a counter-notice, we'll notify the original party who reported the infringement. The removed content may be replaced, or its access restored within 10 to 14 business days, unless the copyright owner files a court action to prevent this. Notices and counter-notices should be sent via email to [email protected]. Please consult your legal advisor before filing a notice or counter-notice, as false claims under the DMCA carry penalties. We reserve the right to terminate or limit access for repeat infringers or those who violate intellectual property rights, regardless of whether infringement is repeated.
Electronic Signatures
When using our Services, you may need to provide your electronic signature for certain transactions, agreements, or communications. This can include consenting to terms, policies, updates, notifications, transaction receipts, and other documents that require your signature. By checking a box or completing an online process as instructed, you are providing your electronic signature, which has the same legal effect as a physical signature. This electronic signature signifies your agreement to the terms and provisions within the corresponding document.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beb, Inc., its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) that arise out of or relate to: (a) your use or misuse of the services, (b) your breach of any provision of these Terms or violation of any applicable law or regulation, or (c) your content or your engagement in any activities using our services that infringe or violate any rights of a third party. This indemnification obligation includes, without limitation, any claims brought by third parties (including other users, regulators, or governmental authorities) arising from your information or content, your unlawful conduct, or your other use of the services.
Defense and Counsel: Beb, Inc. reserves the right (at your expense) to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully with our defense of such claim. You further agree that you will not settle any such claim without Beb, Inc.'s prior written consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld). We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any claim for which we seek indemnification, upon becoming aware of it.
Additional Costs: In addition to the above, you agree that if a third-party subpoena or other compulsory legal order is issued to Beb, Inc. seeking records or information related to your use of the services (including your account or your content), you will reimburse us for any reasonable attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses incurred in responding to such order or process. This includes reimbursing Beb, Inc. for the time, effort, and materials of our employees or contractors if such involvement is required. We agree to promptly inform you of any such legal demand, to the extent legally permissible, and allow you the opportunity to attempt to quash or limit it, provided that doing so does not prejudice Beb, Inc.'s own rights or obligations.
The indemnity obligations in this section will survive any termination or expiration of these Terms or your use of the services. This means you will continue to be responsible for claims based on events that occurred while you were using the services even after you stop using them or delete your account. Your indemnification obligations are in addition to any other remedies available to Beb, Inc. and shall not be capped or limited by any limitation of liability in these Terms, to the extent such indemnification is for third-party claims.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Binding Arbitration: You and Beb, Inc. agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis. This means you are waiving your right to a trial by jury and to participate in any class action or class arbitration against Beb, Inc.. The U.S. Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.
Arbitration Procedure: The arbitration will be administered by a neutral arbitration provider (such as the American Arbitration Association "AAA") under its applicable rules for consumer disputes. The arbitrator may conduct proceedings by videoconference or telephone when appropriate to minimize burdens. The arbitrator has the authority to award the same damages and relief on an individual basis that a court could award to you personally. The arbitrator shall follow the terms of this agreement and applicable law, and dispositive motions and summary adjudication of claims are allowed in arbitration. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of multiple individuals or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding without the written consent of all parties.
Class Action Waiver: All arbitrations shall be conducted only on an individual basis. You and Beb, Inc. each waive the right to bring or participate in any class action or consolidated arbitration and shall not seek to combine your dispute with any other person's dispute. If at any point a court finds that this class action waiver is unenforceable with respect to a particular claim or request for relief (such as a public injunction), then that claim or type of relief (and only that claim or relief) shall be severed from arbitration and may proceed in court, but any remaining claims will still be arbitrated on an individual basis. If the class waiver is found unenforceable in its entirety, then the arbitration agreement shall be null and void (but the rest of these Terms will remain in effect).
Small Claims & IP Exceptions: Either party may elect to have individual claims adjudicated in small claims court if they qualify, in the jurisdiction of your residence. Moreover, either party retains the right to go to court to seek injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights (for example, claims of patent, copyright, trademark, or trade secret infringement are not subject to arbitration). Filing an action in court for these limited purposes will not waive the right to arbitrate any other dispute under these Terms, and any related arbitration shall be stayed pending resolution of the court action.
Arbitration Process: To begin an arbitration, the complaining party must send a written Notice of Dispute to the other party, describing the nature of the claim and relief requested. Before commencing arbitration, you must attempt informal resolution by sending notice of your dispute to us at [email protected] and allowing us 60 days to resolve it informally. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may then file a demand for arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in a mutually agreed location in the county of your residence or via videoconference, as determined by the arbitrator. If your claim is for $10,000 or less and does not seek injunctive relief, you may choose to have the arbitration conducted solely on the basis of written documents (no hearing), unless the arbitrator finds a hearing is necessary. For claims above $10,000 or requesting injunctive relief, you or Beb, Inc. may request a hearing which the arbitrator can conduct in person or by video/phone conference.
Arbitration Fees and Costs: Beb, Inc. will pay the arbitration filing fee and the arbitrator's fees and costs for claims totaling less than $75,000, except for a small initial filing fee (not exceeding $100) that you are responsible for, unless applicable arbitration rules or the arbitrator determine that a lesser fee or no fee is due from you. For claims above $75,000, the AAA's or administrator's standard fee schedule will apply. Each party is responsible for their own attorneys' fees and other costs unless the arbitrator awards fees under applicable law or the AAA rules or determines that a claim was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose. However, the arbitrator may award reasonable attorneys' fees and costs to the prevailing party to the extent allowed by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Beb, Inc. will not seek to recover its attorneys' fees from you in the arbitration unless the arbitrator finds that your claims are frivolous or made in bad faith.
Mass Arbitration Proceedings: If a large number of similar claims are brought against Beb, Inc. by the same counsel or organization, the following additional procedures shall apply in the interest of efficiency. The arbitration provider's Supplemental Rules for Mass Arbitration Filings (if applicable) will govern administration of the claims. For example, claims may be batched or heard in bellwether groups: a small number of individual test cases may be arbitrated first, and the outcomes of those cases may inform resolution of remaining cases. The parties agree to cooperate in good faith with the arbitration provider to implement such a mass resolution process. If after a series of bellwether arbitrations the remaining claims cannot be resolved through mediation or agreement, either party may opt out of arbitration with respect to the outstanding similar claims and litigate them in court, but only on an individual, non-class basis as provided above.
Opt-Out Right: You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by arbitration and class-waiver provisions, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms (or within 30 days of any material change to this arbitration clause). To opt out, you must email [email protected] with your name, account email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out of this arbitration agreement will not terminate any other portion of these Terms, and you will still be bound by all other provisions. If you opt out, neither you nor Beb, Inc. will be able to compel the other to arbitrate disputes under this section.
Assumption of Risk (Blockchain and Cryptocurrency)
By using Beb, Inc.'s blockchain-related services, you acknowledge and accept that cryptographic and digital assets carry inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with accessing or using blockchain-based services or assets. These risks include, without limitation:
-
Volatility of Digital Assets: The value of cryptocurrencies and digital tokens is highly volatile and can rapidly increase or decrease. You understand that you may lose some, or even all, of the value of any digital assets you purchase, hold, or transact. Trading or holding digital assets is inherently risky, and you should not invest funds you are not prepared to lose entirely. Beb, Inc. makes no representations about the future value of any digital asset.
-
No Insurance or Government Backing: Digital assets and transactions on our platform are not insured or guaranteed by any government or financial institution. Cryptocurrencies are not legal tender, and they do not have the same protections as bank deposits or investments in insured financial products. For example, balances in your crypto wallet are not covered by FDIC insurance or SIPC protections and you have no insurer or guarantor to recover your losses if your digital assets lose value or become inaccessible.
-
Irreversible Transactions & User Responsibility: Blockchain transactions, once initiated, often cannot be reversed or cancelled. When you send cryptocurrency to an address, you must ensure the accuracy of the recipient address and transaction details. Errors in transaction instructions (such as typos in the wallet address or sending to an incompatible wallet) can result in the permanent loss of your assets, with no recourse. Beb, Inc. bears no liability for any loss due to incorrect instructions, mistaken addresses, or other user errors when transacting on the blockchain. You understand that all transactions are final; we cannot reverse a digital asset transfer that has been broadcast to the network.
-
Blockchain Network Risks: Our services rely on decentralized blockchain networks that Beb, Inc. does not own or control. You acknowledge that transactions may be delayed, disrupted, or lost due to failures, congestion, outages, or attacks on those networks. For example, high network traffic or miner/node issues could slow down or prevent your transactions from confirmation. Beb, Inc. makes no guarantee that any transaction will be confirmed by the network within a certain time frame, or at all. Similarly, network upgrades, forks, or other technical changes might affect the operation of digital assets. You agree that Beb, Inc. is not responsible for any errors, delays, or losses incurred due to issues with the underlying blockchain networks or protocols.
-
Security and Private Keys: Managing digital assets requires safeguarding your cryptographic keys or account credentials. If you use any wallet where you control the private keys, the security of those keys is solely your responsibility. Beb, Inc. is not liable for any loss or theft of digital assets resulting from your failure to secure your private keys, login credentials, or devices. Unauthorized access to your accounts due to phishing, malware, or negligence can result in irreversible loss of digital assets which you alone will bear.
-
Regulatory and Legal Risks: The legal and regulatory environment for blockchain and cryptocurrency is evolving. Changes in laws or regulations, or actions by regulators, can adversely impact the use, transfer, or value of certain digital assets. For example, certain assets could be determined to be securities or be outlawed in some jurisdictions, and Beb, Inc. might be required to discontinue or restrict Services for some users or assets if required by law. You are solely responsible for staying informed of and complying with any laws and regulations applicable to your crypto activities, including tax obligations. Beb, Inc. disclaims responsibility for any potential legal impacts that changes in regulations may have on your assets or your ability to use the Services.
You acknowledge that you have done your own research and understand these and other risks involved in digital asset transactions. You agree to use our services at your own risk. Beb, Inc. will not be liable for any losses arising from the inherent risks of blockchain technology, including losses due to market fluctuations, technical failures, or unauthorized access, except as expressly set forth in these Terms. If you are not willing to accept these risks, you should not use Beb, Inc.'s blockchain-related services. We encourage you to consult with a financial advisor and make sure any digital asset activities are suitable for your financial situation.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services Provided "AS IS": Your use of Beb, Inc.'s services is at your own risk. Beb, Inc.'s services, websites, and applications are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether statutory, express, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Beb, Inc. or through the services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
No Guarantee of Service Attributes: Beb, Inc. does not represent or warrant that the services will be continuous, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty that any data, content, or information provided through our services is accurate, complete, or reliable. We do not guarantee that the services will meet your expectations or requirements, or that any errors or defects in the services will be corrected. All content and information is provided for general information only, and you acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at your own discretion and risk.
No Warranty for Third-Party Content and External Resources: Beb, Inc.'s platform may include integrations or links to third-party content or services. We make no warranties or endorsements regarding any third-party offerings, and we have no responsibility for any third-party materials (including blockchain networks or decentralized applications) that you access through our services. Any transactions or interactions between you and a third party are solely between you and that third party. We disclaim liability for any losses or harm incurred from third-party content, sites, or services.
Jurisdictional Limitations: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. **If your jurisdiction's law does not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties, then any such warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law and only retained to the minimum degree required by law. For example, under certain consumer protection laws you may have statutory rights that cannot be waived – nothing in these Terms is meant to override those non-waivable rights. In such cases, our liability for any breach of a non-excludable warranty (if required by law) is limited, at our option, to re-performance of the service or the cost of having the service performed again.
Limitation of Liability
Liability Cap: **To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beb, Inc.'s total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services is limited to the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to Beb, Inc. for the services in the three (3) months immediately prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100 (one hundred U.S. dollars). If applicable law restricts the use of the above monetary cap, then the liability cap will be the minimum amount allowed by law. This liability cap applies collectively to Beb, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors as intended third-party beneficiaries of this limitation.
Excluded Damages: In no event will Beb, Inc. or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind. This exclusion includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings; loss of data; business interruption; or the cost of substitute services. These exclusions apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statutory or otherwise) and even if Beb, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. For example, Beb, Inc. will not be liable for any loss of cryptocurrency value, any inability to transact or access the services, or any harm caused by third-party attacks (such as malware or hacking) or technical failures beyond our control.
Scope of Liability Limitations: **The limitations and exclusions of liability in this section apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Beb, Inc. does not seek to limit liability for personal injury or death caused by our proven negligence, or for our fraud or intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Additionally, if applicable law (for instance, certain consumer protection laws) does not allow the exclusion of certain damages or if you are entitled to certain remedies, those statutory requirements will prevail over conflicting provisions of these Terms to the extent of the conflict. However, in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Foreseeability and Direct Damages: Except where prohibited, Beb, Inc. will only be responsible for the direct and actual damages that are reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms, and only to the extent such breach is caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill as required by law. We will not be liable for any damage that is not directly attributable to our breach or that would have occurred regardless of our involvement.
No Liability for User Conduct or Outside Content: Beb, Inc. is not liable for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any other users or third parties that use our services. You alone are responsible for your interactions with other users. Beb, Inc. merely provides a platform, and we shall not be responsible for any disputes or damages arising out of user-to-user interactions, or for content posted by users. We also take no responsibility for any loss arising from content or information you obtained through the service that may be inaccurate or incomplete.
These limitations of liability and exclusions of damages are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between Beb, Inc. and you. You agree that these Terms reflect a fair allocation of risk and that the pricing and availability of the services depend on the inclusion of these limitations. The limitations in this section shall apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
No Liability for Force Majeure Events: Beb, Inc. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if the delay or failure is due to unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, events such as acts of God, natural disasters (e.g., fires, floods, earthquakes, storms, hurricanes), acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest, epidemics or pandemics, labor strikes or industrial disputes, electrical outages or power failures, breakdowns of telecommunication or internet services, blockchain network congestion or failures, governmental actions or orders, or any other cause outside of our reasonable control. In such cases, our performance under these Terms shall be deemed suspended for the period of such event and we may have an extension of time for performance equal to the duration of that period.
During a force majeure event, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume full performance of our obligations as soon as practicable. However, nothing in this section shall require Beb, Inc. to settle any labor dispute or take any action that is not in its business interest, as determined by Beb, Inc. in its discretion.
If such an event continues for an extended period, we will notify users and may modify or terminate the affected services, in compliance with any applicable laws regarding notice and termination. You acknowledge that the operation of blockchain networks and the internet may be subject to events beyond our control, and agree that Beb, Inc. is not liable for any losses or inconveniences resulting from such events.
Other Important Legal Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms (along with any additional terms and policies expressly incorporated by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and any product-specific agreements) constitute the entire agreement between you and Beb, Inc. regarding the services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or communications (whether oral or written) relating to your use of the services. You acknowledge that in entering into these Terms, you have not relied on any statement, representation, or warranty that is not explicitly set out in these Terms or incorporated documents.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right or provision, nor shall any single or partial exercise of a right preclude any further exercise of that right or any other right. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Beb, Inc..
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. However, if a court or arbitrator determines that any portion of the Class Action Waiver or Arbitration Agreement above is unenforceable in a way that permits class proceedings or multiple claimants in one action, then the Arbitration Agreement shall be deemed void in its entirety (but the severability of other provisions of these Terms shall otherwise remain effective).
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without Beb, Inc.'s prior written consent, and any attempt to do so without consent will be null and void. Beb, Inc. may freely assign or transfer these Terms (in whole or in part), including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets, or by operation of law. These Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries: Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no person or entity who is not a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce any term of these Terms. The only intended beneficiaries of these Terms are you and Beb, Inc. (and Beb, Inc.'s affiliates and indemnitees to the extent expressly stated herein). Aside from those parties, no other individual or company has any rights under these Terms, whether under the doctrine of third-party beneficiaries or otherwise.
Relationship of the Parties: You and Beb, Inc. are independent contracting parties. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and us. You have no authority to bind Beb, Inc., and you agree not to hold yourself out as an agent of Beb, Inc.. Beb, Inc. is providing a platform and services to you as an independent service provider.
Survival: Any provision of these Terms that by its nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Arbitration and Class Action Waiver, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Disclaimers, and this section on Other Provisions) shall survive any expiration or termination of these Terms and/or termination of your use of the services.
Governing Law and Venue: (For U.S. residents) These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except to the extent that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the enforceability of the Arbitration Agreement above. Any legal action (if permitted under these Terms) shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County, California, and both you and Beb, Inc. consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes. This governing law clause is subject to the Arbitration and Class Waiver provisions above, which may substantially limit or alter where and how disputes are resolved. vibe.market Booster Packs Section
Beb, Inc. enables users to create, discover, and acquire experimental Booster Packs and memecoins through our platform on vibe.market and related interfaces. By engaging with our services, users have the ability to mint Booster Pack NFTs and access memecoins on the appropriate public blockchain. We furnish the necessary technical infrastructure that allows users to deploy smart contracts on the public blockchain, which govern each Booster Pack and memecoin created via our platform. Beb, Inc. does not make any representations or warranties concerning third-party content accessible through our services, including any content linked to images or Booster Packs and memecoins displayed on our platform.
Certain features may also rely on third-party wallets, embedded-wallet providers, marketplaces, mini-app platforms, social-sharing services, onramps, or bridge providers. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their separate terms, policies, and technical limitations.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- Every booster pack purchase on the protocol receives an NFT - When you purchase a Booster Pack, you always receive a digital collectible NFT when unboxing.
- Purely collectibles - These NFTs/tokens are digital collectibles intended solely for personal enjoyment, collection, and entertainment purposes.
Decentralization & Non-Custodial Disclaimer
- The Booster Pack Protocol is powered by self-executing smart contracts, which are not owned or controlled by Beb, Inc. Our platform's interface is just one way to interact with these decentralized contracts.
- Beb, Inc. is not responsible for the regulatory status of cryptocurrencies and decentralized smart contracts - users are solely responsible for using our platform in accordance with applicable laws.
- Tokens and cards obtained from Booster Packs are digital collectibles intended for fun and gameplay enhancement.
- Beb, Inc. at no point has custody or control of the tokens in your wallet; all token transactions occur on the public blockchain directly between user-controlled addresses.
- Beb, Inc. does not offer brokerage or exchange services, and does not engage in any money transmission. All token swaps or transfers are initiated by users without oversight or control by Beb, Inc.
Booster Pack Mechanics
Booster Packs utilize an experimental NFT system where users pay a fixed price to mint NFTs with different rarities. Booster Packs also have an associated memecoin with a separate contract that offers optional sell-back functionality.
Rarity Distribution
The rarity of each Booster Pack NFT unboxing is determined by an onchain verifiable random process via Pyth Network, for example:
- Common (e.g. 66.5% chance) - The most frequently obtained rarity
- Rare (e.g. 25.0% chance) - Less common than Common cards
- Epic (e.g. 8.0% chance) - Rarer than Rare cards
- Legendary (e.g. 0.5% chance) - Represents the rarest cards
Token Offers
Each rarity tier corresponds to a different token offer amount, which is configured when the Booster Pack contract is deployed. The specific token amounts for each rarity are determined by the contract creator and may vary between different Booster Pack implementations.
Unopened Pack Redemption
Users have the option to redeem unopened Booster Packs for 80-100% of the initial token cost without revealing the rarity (contracts deployed after August 1st, 2025 are 100% sell-back). This provides an onchain refund for those who prefer not to open the pack.
Market Graduation Mechanism
The Booster Pack token system includes a graduation mechanism that transitions from a bonding curve to a Uniswap liquidity pool:
- Bonding Curve Phase: Initially, tokens are bought and sold through a bonding curve mechanism
- Graduation Trigger: When 1 ETH is accumulated through pack purchases, the market automatically graduates
- Liquidity Pool Creation: Upon graduation, 100 million tokens (10% of total supply) and the accumulated ETH are deposited into a Uniswap V3 pool
- Selling Before and After Graduation: Both opened and unopened packs can be sold for tokens at any time. Unopened packs can be redeemed for 80-100% of the initial token cost, while opened packs can recieve token offers based on their revealed rarity
- Trading Fees: A 1% trading fee split evenly between the protocol and booster pack creator
This sell-back memecoin mechanism is:
- Separate: Handled by a different contract than the main Booster Pack contract
- Not Guaranteed: The contract may have limited tokens, may be paused, or may be discontinued
- Variable: The sell-back offer and availability are determined by the specific implementation
The availability, pricing, and terms of any sell-back mechanism are determined by separate smart contracts and may vary or be discontinued at any time.
Please note that the specific parameters including rarity probabilities, token offers, graduation thresholds, and fee structures are determined by the smart contract deployments and may vary between different Booster Pack implementations. Users should verify the specific parameters of each Booster Pack contract before engaging with it.
Fees and Revenue Distribution
When purchasing Booster Packs, various fees may apply:
-
Minting Fees: A fee is charged when minting Booster Pack NFTs. For example, in some implementations, a total fee of 7.5% may be applied to the transaction amount.
-
Fee Distribution Example: In certain Booster Pack implementations, the 7.5% total fee may be distributed as follows:
- Creator/Owner: 40% of the fee - Goes to the Booster Pack creator
- Platform: 40-50% of the fee - Goes to the platform operator
- Referrer: 10-20% of the fee - Goes to the user who referred the buyer
- Contracts after August 1st, 2025 have a 50% platform fee and a 10% referrer fee.
- Randomness Fees: Additional fees may be required for generating verifiable randomness (entropy) to determine pack rarities. These fees are paid to third-party randomness providers (such as Pyth Network) and are separate from minting fees. The randomness fee varies based on the provider's current rates.
Important Note: The fee percentages and distribution mechanisms described above are examples only. The actual fees, distribution percentages, and recipient addresses are defined in each Booster Pack's smart contracts and may vary significantly between different implementations. Users should always review the specific contract details before participating to understand the exact fee structure that applies to their transaction.
Booster Pack Referral System
The Booster Pack platform includes an onchain referral tracking system with the following important disclosures - we enable this referral system via our frontend once a user actively has 10 or more onchain Booster Packs in their wallet.
Referral System Disclaimer
THE REFERRAL SYSTEM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND IS NOT GUARANTEED. By participating in the referral system, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
-
Fully Onchain Implementation: The referral system is implemented entirely through smart contracts on the blockchain. All referral tracking, fee calculations, and payments are handled by self-executing code without any centralized control or oversight by Beb, Inc.
-
No Guarantee of Functionality:
- The referral system may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors that could affect referral tracking or payments
- Smart contract code is experimental and may not function as intended
- Referral payments may fail due to technical issues, contract bugs, or blockchain conditions
- There is no guarantee that referral fees will be successfully tracked or paid
-
Technical Limitations and Risks:
- If a referrer address is a smart contract that cannot receive ETH, the entire transaction may fail
- Network congestion or gas issues may prevent referral tracking or payments
- Integer division in fee calculations may result in rounding losses or zero fees for small transactions
- The referral system only operates during the bonding curve phase; no referral fees are paid after market graduation
- Cross-device or cross-browser sessions may lose referral tracking
- Referral links may expire or fail to track properly
-
Last Referrer is Final Model:
- The most recent valid referral link used before a purchase determines the referrer
- Previous referral relationships are overwritten by new valid referral links
- The referrer at the time of purchase receives the referral fee
- Referral links expire after 30 days and must be re-clicked to remain active
- A referrer must have at least 10 onchain Booster Packs in their wallet to be eligible for referral fees
-
Fee Structure and Distribution:
- When referral fees apply, they are automatically distributed onchain according to the smart contract logic
- If no referrer is specified or if referrer addresses are invalid, those fee portions default to the platform/protocol address
- Fee percentages and distributions are hardcoded in smart contracts and cannot be modified after deployment
-
User Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for ensuring your referral links are properly formatted and functional
- You must verify that your referrer address can receive ETH payments
- You are responsible for all tax obligations related to referral earnings
- You must comply with all applicable laws regarding referral programs in your jurisdiction
-
No Recourse for Failed Payments:
- Beb, Inc. has no ability to recover, replay, or manually process failed referral payments
- Once a transaction is submitted to the blockchain, its outcome cannot be altered
- Users have no claim against Beb, Inc. for any failed, missed, or incorrect referral payments
-
Regulatory Compliance:
- Referral payments may be considered taxable income in your jurisdiction
- You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on referral earnings
- Some jurisdictions may prohibit or regulate referral programs; you must ensure compliance with local laws
BY USING THE REFERRAL SYSTEM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ONCHAIN REFERRAL TRACKING AND PAYMENTS. YOU AGREE THAT BEB, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR MISSED PAYMENTS RESULTING FROM THE USE OR FAILURE OF THE REFERRAL SYSTEM.
Creator Responsibilities
Booster Packs are created by third parties. If you create a Booster Pack and associated memecoin:
-
You are entirely responsible for the content associated with any Booster Packs and memecoins you create. You affirm and guarantee that such content does not contain material protected by copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights unless you have obtained the necessary permissions or are otherwise legally entitled to post the content.
-
You must ensure that any artwork, designs, or other creative content included in your Booster Packs and memecoins is either:
- Original content that you own
- Content you have proper licenses or permissions to use and distribute for this purpose
- Content that is in the public domain
-
Art Licensing for Booster Packs: By creating and uploading any artwork, designs, images, or other visual content ("Booster Pack Art") for use in Booster Packs on vibe.market, you hereby grant an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to any and all third parties building on vibe.market to:
- Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, remix, and create derivative works from your Booster Pack Art
- Incorporate your Booster Pack Art into their own related booster pack products, games, or applications
- Distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your Booster Pack Art and any derivative works
- Commercialize products that include or are based on your Booster Pack Art
This license is granted to encourage a vibrant ecosystem of creativity and remixability within the vibe.market community. You acknowledge that your Booster Pack Art becomes part of a shared creative commons that other builders can freely use and remix for their own booster pack implementations.
-
You agree to distribute the content within the Booster Packs and memecoins according to all applicable laws and regulations.
-
You acknowledge that by creating Booster Packs and memecoins, you are granting users who purchase, open, and transfer these NFTs the right to receive the associated NFT according to the smart contract's predetermined rarity structure. You also acknowledge that an optional sell-back mechanism may be available for the associated memecoin.
User Acknowledgments
Verifying the legitimacy, authenticity, and legality of the Booster Packs and memecoins you purchase from other users on our platform is solely your responsibility. We do not guarantee that any Booster Packs and memecoins visible on our services will remain available or visible indefinitely.
These Terms apply exclusively to the use of our services. Booster Packs and memecoins exist on public blockchains and may be purchased, sold, or transferred by buyers, sellers, or creators without using our platform and without agreeing to our Terms.
The value and functionality of Booster Packs and memecoins are determined by their underlying smart contracts. Beb, Inc. neither controls nor assumes responsibility for the rarity distributions, token offers, or overall value of Booster Packs and memecoins and makes no express or implied guarantees regarding their functionality or value.
Limitations and Disclaimers
BOOSTER PACKS AND MEMECOINS ARE PROVIDED BY BEB, INC. FOR PERSONAL ENJOYMENT, USE, AND CONSUMPTION ONLY, AND ARE INTENDED TO BE USED SOLELY FOR THESE PURPOSES. THEY ARE NOT DESIGNED TO FUNCTION AS "SECURITIES" UNDER THE DEFINITIONS PROVIDED IN THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934, THE INVESTMENT COMPANY ACT OF 1940, OR ANY RELEVANT STATE SECURITIES LAWS, ALL AS AMENDED. YOU HEREBY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE NOT ACQUIRING BOOSTER PACKS FOR INVESTMENT OR SPECULATIVE PURPOSES, NOR WITH THE INTENT OF OBTAINING ANY EQUITY INTEREST, PROFIT-SHARING INTEREST, OR OTHER FINANCIAL INTEREST IN BEB, INC., ANY CREATOR, OR ANY AFFILIATED INDIVIDUALS OR ENTITIES.
All transactions are final and, unless otherwise permitted by Beb, Inc. through its policies or practices, are non-refundable and irreversible. Transaction fees may also apply.
For the avoidance of doubt, we disclaim any ownership rights or control over the experimental Booster Pack protocol; the experimental Booster Pack protocol is publicly available for anyone to use.
vibe.market Bounties (Fixed-Price Purchase Offers)
Beb, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, introduce promotional “vibe.market Bounties.” These Bounties are time-limited, public offers by Beb, Inc. to purchase specific digital items (such as NFTs) from users for a fixed price (for example, 0.25 ETH or an equivalent amount in USDC), contingent on predefined on-chain criteria (for instance, obtaining a designated rare NFT, like pulling a legendary foiled item from a pack). These Bounty offers are discretionary purchase opportunities - not contests, sweepstakes, or giveaways. The following terms apply to all vibe.market Bounties:
-
Open Eligibility & On-Chain Criteria: Each vibe.market Bounty will describe the exact criteria an NFT or digital item must meet to qualify (e.g. a specific onchain-derived rarity, onchain-derived wear, onchain-derived trait e.g. foil, or event verified on-chain). Any user who possesses an item that meets the announced on-chain criteria is eligible to participate in the Bounty offer, provided they agree to sell the qualifying item under these terms. Beb, Inc. will determine eligibility based on on-chain verification of the criteria through its own systems or third-party blockchain data. The on-chain conditions must be verifiably met without any fraud, exploit, or abuse of the platform or smart contracts. Beb, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any item or user if any irregularity, manipulation, or violation of the criteria is suspected. Only items authentically meeting the criteria (as verified by Beb, Inc.) qualify for the Bounty purchase.
-
Fixed Price Purchase Offer: For each Bounty, Beb, Inc. will announce a fixed purchase price and payment currency (e.g. “Beb, Inc. will buy qualifying NFTs for 0.25 ETH each”). This offer is made publicly to the community for a limited time and is the same fixed price for every qualifying item. Importantly, vibe.market Bounties are not contests or random giveaways - there is no “winner” selection by chance or competition. Any user who owns a qualifying item and follows the required steps can accept the offer. There is no prize or gift being awarded; rather, Beb, Inc. is offering to buy your item for a set price if you meet the criteria. Participating in a Bounty does not require any fee or separate purchase (aside from owning the qualifying item), and no aspect of these offers should be construed as a game of chance. They are simply conditional purchase offers open to all eligible users.
-
Acceptance and Sale via Marketplace: The actual purchase and transfer of a qualifying item under a Bounty offer will occur through a designated NFT marketplace (such as OpenSea, or another platform specified by Beb, Inc.). To accept a Bounty offer, an eligible user must list the qualifying NFT for sale at the exact price and terms specified in the Bounty announcement within the stated time window. For example, if the Bounty offers 0.25 ETH for a legendary foil NFT, the user must list that NFT for 0.25 ETH on the designated marketplace (following any listing instructions provided, such as including a specific identifier or using a particular marketplace listing option). Once the item is listed in accordance with the Bounty terms, Beb, Inc. (or its official purchasing account) will purchase the item at the offered price through the marketplace, thereby completing the sale and transferring the funds (and any applicable marketplace fees) via the platform's smart contract. The user is responsible for ensuring the item is listed correctly and remains available for purchase by Beb, Inc. during the offer period. If the item is not listed at the specified price, is listed incorrectly, or the listing falls outside the offer period, Beb, Inc. has no obligation to purchase the item. The purchase will only be executed if all criteria are met and the listing and sale can be verified on-chain by Beb, Inc. using the designated marketplace.
-
Offer Period and Duration: All vibe.market Bounty offers are time-limited and one-time unless otherwise stated. Each Bounty announcement will include a clear start and end time, expiration date, or other duration limits for the offer. Once the Bounty period expires, the offer is void and Beb, Inc. is not obligated to honor purchases of items listed afterward (even if those items would have qualified during the offer period). Users should pay close attention to the announced deadlines and ensure any qualifying item is listed for sale before the offer expires. Beb, Inc. may also specify a maximum number of items or other limits for certain Bounties (any such limits will be stated in the offer terms). Offers are otherwise on a first-come, first-served basis only in the sense that the item must still be available and unsold when Beb, Inc. attempts to purchase it; there is an assumed one-time “cap” on the number of qualifying items that can be sold to Beb, Inc. unless explicitly stated.
-
Modification or Cancellation of Bounty Offers: Beb, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, or modify any vibe.market Bounty offer at any time before a qualifying item has been listed and sold to Beb, Inc. This means that until a sale is actually completed, Beb, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, adjust the Bounty's terms (such as changing the criteria, shortening/lengthening the offer window, or changing the offered price) or cancel the Bounty program entirely, without advance notice. Once a qualifying item has been properly listed and Beb, Inc. has proceeded with the purchase, the specific transaction will be honored according to the terms at the time of sale; however, Beb, Inc. may still terminate or alter the offer with respect to any other items that have not yet been listed or sold. In the event of any cancellation or change, Beb, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to communicate the update publicly (for example, via the same channels where the Bounty was announced), but users bear the responsibility of reviewing any Bounty's current terms before taking action. Beb, Inc. also retains sole discretion to decline to purchase any item - even if it was listed during the offer period - if Beb, Inc. suspects fraud, manipulation, hacking, exploitation of the rules or smart contracts, or any other malicious or unfair activity. Any attempt to game the system or violate the spirit of the Bounty (e.g. using exploits to generate qualifying items) will result in disqualification from the offer, and possibly further action under the Terms of Service. Beb, Inc.'s determination of any disqualifying conduct or ineligible item is final and binding.
-
Disclaimers (No Warranties or Guarantees): vibe.market Bounties are offered as a promotional feature of the platform and Beb, Inc. makes no guarantee or promise that any particular Bounty will be offered or that a Bounty, once offered, will continue until its stated end time in all circumstances. Beb, Inc. has no ongoing obligation to repeat or continue Bounty offers in the future. Past or present Bounties do not guarantee that similar offers will be made again. Participation in a Bounty is entirely voluntary and at the user's own risk. All Bounty offers, and any purchase transactions under them, are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Beb, Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to any warranties of title, quality, authenticity of third-party marketplace performance, availability of qualifying items, or that the Bounty process will be free of errors, exploits, or uninterrupted. Beb, Inc. does not warrant that any user will successfully obtain a qualifying item or be able to sell it under a Bounty, nor that any particular marketplace will operate without error in facilitating the sale. No advice or information (oral or written) obtained by any user from Beb, Inc. or through the platform shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.
-
Limited Liability: By participating in a vibe.market Bounty or attempting to qualify for one, you acknowledge that Beb, Inc. will not be liable for any loss, cost, or damage arising from or related to the Bounty. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beb, Inc. (and its officers, directors, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with any Bounty offer or any transaction (or failure to transact) under a Bounty. This limitation applies even if Beb, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any Bounty or any decision by Beb, Inc. regarding a Bounty is to stop participating in the Bounty. In any case, the total aggregate liability of Beb, Inc. for all claims related to a particular vibe.market Bounty shall not exceed the fixed purchase price offered for the qualifying item in that Bounty (for example, if the Bounty offer is to purchase an item for 0.25 ETH, Beb, Inc.'s maximum liability for any claim related to that Bounty is 0.25 ETH). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to the extent disallowed by law - in such cases, Beb, Inc.'s liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law. All other limitations of liability and indemnification provisions in the overall Terms of Service also apply fully to your participation in any Bounty.
-
Compliance with Law; No Sweepstakes: Beb, Inc. intends for vibe.market Bounties to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. These offers are purely commercial purchase offers and are not to be interpreted as any form of sweepstakes, or prize promotion. There are no random drawings, no element of chance controlled by Beb, Inc., and no separate entries or fees required to participate. Owning or obtaining a qualifying item (which may occur through onchain interactions or purchase outside of Beb, Inc.'s control) is simply a condition to be eligible for the offer, not an entry fee to a contest. Beb, Inc. does not guarantee that any particular user will obtain a qualifying item, and the decision to pursue or acquire any items in hopes of qualifying is entirely your own. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in a Bounty (including the sale of any digital asset) is legal in their jurisdiction. Beb, Inc. makes no representations that participating in these Bounties is permitted under any particular state, national, or international law; if you are uncertain, you should seek your own legal advice. We expressly do not condone any participation from regions where such an offer could be deemed prohibited. If it is determined that a Bounty (or any aspect of it) is not compliant with the laws of your jurisdiction, you must refrain from participating. Beb, Inc. reserves the right to void any Bounty participation that is in violation of applicable law or these Terms.
By participating in a vibe.market Bounty or listing a qualifying item for sale in response to a Bounty offer, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms, as well as all other applicable provisions of our Terms of Service (including but not limited to ownership of NFTs, general purchase and sale terms, disclaimers, and dispute resolution). These Bounty terms are intended to supplement and be consistent with the existing Terms of Service; in the event of any direct conflict between these Bounty terms and other sections of the Terms of Service, these Bounty-specific terms will govern your participation in the Bounty, while all other Terms of Service continue to apply to the remainder of your platform use. Beb, Inc. reserves all rights and remedies for any breach of these terms.
vibe.market Events Section
Beb, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, introduce time-limited vibe.market Events, displayed in the Bounties tab of vibe.market. These Events are designed to encourage user participation in creative or community-driven activities (such as meme packs, collectible packs, or other themed content). By participating in an Event, you agree to the following terms:
Event Structure and Participation
- Each Event will specify its start and end dates, eligibility requirements, and any criteria for participation.
- Events may involve creating, submitting, or trading digital content such as meme packs, NFTs, or booster packs.
- All Event participation is voluntary. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submissions comply with applicable laws and these Terms of Service.
- Beb, Inc. does not guarantee the continuation, availability, or recurrence of any specific Event. Events are time-limited promotional features only.
Rewards and Recognition
- Certain Events may provide rewards, such as digital packs, NFTs, or other onchain assets, based on predefined criteria (e.g., best submissions, trading volume, or rarity).
- Rewards are distributed onchain via self-executing smart contracts, where applicable. Beb, Inc. is not responsible for any failure, bug, or delay in reward distribution resulting from blockchain limitations.
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and hold no guaranteed monetary value. They are provided for entertainment, collection, and community engagement purposes only.
Content and Licensing
- By submitting content (such as meme packs or creative works) in an Event, you grant Beb, Inc. and any third parties building on vibe.market a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, remix, and redistribute your content within the platform ecosystem.
- You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights and complies with all laws and community standards.
Event Modification and Cancellation
- Beb, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Event at any time, without prior notice, including altering participation criteria or reward structures.
- If an Event is canceled or modified, Beb, Inc. will have no liability to participants for lost time, opportunity, or expected rewards.
Compliance and Enforcement
- Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse an Event (including use of bots, fraudulent submissions, or smart contract exploits) will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to account suspension or termination.
- Beb, Inc.'s determination of eligibility, compliance, or misconduct in connection with an Event is final and binding.
By participating in vibe.market Events, you acknowledge and accept these terms in addition to all other provisions of our Terms of Service.

- Catconomics is an experimental entertainment, collectibles, and community feature. It is not an investment product, sweepstakes, sportsbook, financial product, or guarantee of profit.
- Catconomics waitlist positions, invite codes, referrals, in-app points, PAW, unlocks, cosmetics, generated images, rankings, raids, loot, and other gameplay state have no guaranteed cash value, resale value, redemption value, availability, or permanence unless Beb, Inc. expressly states otherwise in writing.
- Catconomics may include prototypes, play-tests, temporary seasons, off-chain simulations, on-chain seasons, or limited public experiments. We may pause, modify, reset, migrate, restrict, cancel, or discontinue any Catconomics feature, season, reward, waitlist, account, referral program, cosmetic, generated image, or smart contract interaction at any time for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, safety, security, technical, economic, liquidity, operational, or product reasons.
Accounts, Social Verification, and Generated Images
- Catconomics may use guest account identifiers stored in your browser or device instead of a full login. You are responsible for keeping those identifiers, devices, browsers, wallets, and account credentials secure. Anyone with access to a Catconomics guest account identifier may be able to view or mutate that Catconomics account until stronger account controls are enabled.
- Catconomics may ask you to provide or connect public information such as a social handle, post URL, profile image, avatar, referral code, wallet address, or similar public content. By submitting that information, you authorize Beb, Inc. and its service providers to fetch, process, cache, transform, display, host, and use it to operate Catconomics, verify eligibility, generate or remix images, prevent abuse, and show or share Catconomics results.
- You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for any content, profile image, handle, post, URL, wallet, referral, or other material you submit or authorize Catconomics to use. Do not submit content that violates another person's rights, platform rules, applicable law, or these Terms.
- Generated or remixed Catconomics images, traits, metadata, prompts, captions, and previews may be produced with third-party image generation, storage, moderation, indexing, and hosting services. Results may be delayed, fail, be unavailable, be inaccurate, differ from previews, or be removed or regenerated.
- We may refuse, remove, hide, regenerate, overwrite, or stop hosting Catconomics images, profile-derived content, metadata, prompts, posts, referral data, or gameplay state if we believe they create legal, safety, intellectual-property, privacy, abuse, operational, or product risk.
Gameplay, Referrals, Rewards, and Enforcement
- Catconomics gameplay may rely on backend records, timers, generated traits, referrals, social-verification results, in-app balances, cosmetics, unlock rules, anti-abuse checks, and, where enabled, smart contracts. Interface state, backend state, third-party state, and blockchain state may temporarily diverge.
- Displayed odds, raid results, PAW, loot, unlocks, waitlist positions, referrals, cosmetic availability, rankings, and other Catconomics values are informational and may be stale, incomplete, delayed, corrected, recalculated, or different from final backend or smart-contract state.
- You may not use Catconomics for fraud, automated abuse, botting, self-referral abuse, fake social proof, impersonation, Sybil behavior, market manipulation, exploit use, API abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, image-generation abuse, smart-contract manipulation, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or any conduct that creates legal, compliance, financial, technical, or safety risk.
- Beb, Inc. may investigate activity, require additional information, withhold or delay rewards or generated assets, remove referrals, adjust balances, correct records, reset progress, restrict accounts, block wallets, cancel entries, disqualify participation, report suspected misconduct, or take other action allowed by these Terms and applicable law.
- You are responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, wallet records, and accounting related to any Catconomics gameplay, rewards, referrals, tokens, NFTs, digital assets, transactions, gains, losses, or other benefits.
Blockchain Seasons and Smart-Contract Risks
- If Catconomics enables blockchain features, your use may involve wallets, public blockchains, smart contracts, RPC providers, explorers, indexers, keepers, liquidity pools, wrapped assets, randomness or reveal mechanisms, gas fees, signatures, transaction approvals, and other third-party infrastructure.
- Blockchain transactions can be irreversible, delayed, repriced, reverted, censored, front-run, affected by chain reorganizations, or permanently failed. You are responsible for reviewing transactions, contract addresses, wallet prompts, gas fees, token approvals, and signatures before submitting them.
- Catconomics smart contracts, off-chain services, keepers, randomness or reveal mechanisms, settlement logic, indexes, rewards, and user interfaces may contain bugs or experience failures. If a smart-contract payout, claim, settlement, keep, cash-out, reveal, or other action fails, you may need to submit a separate transaction and pay additional gas, or the action may be unavailable.
- Where a Catconomics smart contract controls an outcome, the smart contract state will control over interface animations, previews, estimates, labels, or off-chain descriptions, subject to any rights Beb, Inc. expressly reserves in these Terms or other product-specific terms.
- We may pause, migrate, upgrade, restrict, discontinue, or choose not to launch Catconomics blockchain features or seasons. No Catconomics contract, token, NFT, reward, in-app balance, or gameplay result is guaranteed to retain value, increase in value, be liquid, be transferable, be redeemable, or remain supported.
Strategy Robinhood Chain Stock Token Section
Strategy is an optional, self-directed interface that displays issuer and blockchain data about Robinhood Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain and may prepare transactions with third-party automated market maker ("AMM") pools. By accessing /strategy, connecting a wallet, viewing a quote or portfolio, approving a token, or submitting a transaction through Strategy, you agree that:
Instrument and Interface
- Robinhood Stock Tokens displayed by Strategy are tokenised debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited ("RHJ"), not shares of the referenced company or units of the referenced fund. They provide economic exposure to an underlying security but do not grant you legal or beneficial ownership, voting rights, or other shareholder rights in or against the issuer of that underlying security.
- Beb, Inc. is not RHJ, Robinhood, an Authorised Participant, a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, custodian, fiduciary, transfer agent, tokenizer, issuer, or guarantor for any Robinhood Stock Token. Strategy is an independent interface and is not sponsored, operated, approved, or endorsed by Robinhood. References to Robinhood, issuers, companies, funds, tickers, trademarks, or logos identify third-party instruments or data and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
- Strategy does not issue, sell, underwrite, custody, redeem, or promise to repurchase any Robinhood Stock Token. Direct primary-market subscription and redemption are controlled by RHJ and its eligible Authorised Participants under separate onboarding, documentation, and restrictions. A public token balance or secondary AMM pool does not give you primary-market access or guarantee that another person will buy, redeem, or make a market in the token.
- Before acting, you must review RHJ's then-current Base Prospectus, any supplements, the applicable Final Terms for the particular Stock Token, and Robinhood Chain documentation. Those issuer documents, and not this summary or the Strategy interface, define the instrument, issuer obligations, corporate-action treatment, transfer restrictions, redemption rights, and offering terms. RHJ and Robinhood may update their documents, registry, contracts, support, eligibility rules, or services independently of Beb, Inc.
Eligibility and Transfer Restrictions
- You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter these Terms, and legally permitted to acquire, hold, transfer, or trade each Robinhood Stock Token where you live, are organized, and access Strategy. You are solely responsible for determining and maintaining your eligibility and for complying with applicable securities, sanctions, tax, anti-money-laundering, and other laws.
- Robinhood Stock Tokens have not been registered under U.S. securities laws and may not be offered, sold, or delivered within the United States or to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. persons. Offers, sales, transfers, and use may also be restricted or prohibited in other jurisdictions, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Do not connect a wallet to Strategy or submit a Stock Token transaction if you are a U.S. person or if the transaction or your use of Strategy is prohibited or restricted.
- You may not use a virtual private network, proxy, false statement, third-party wallet, nominee, intermediary, or other method to conceal or misrepresent your identity, location, residence, organization, beneficial ownership, eligibility, or the account or person for whose benefit you act, or to evade geographic, sanctions, transfer, or offering restrictions.
- Checking the Stock Token Terms box and connecting a wallet is your electronic signature and confirmation that you have read and agree to these Terms, are not a U.S. person, are eligible where you live and access Strategy, and are acting for your own eligible account or for an eligible person or entity you are authorized to bind. Wallet connection is not an eligibility determination, compliance approval, suitability assessment, or verification by Beb, Inc.
Quotes, AMM Execution, and Corporate Actions
- Strategy may use RHJ's public registry and APIs, Robinhood Chain contracts and RPCs, explorers, indexers, Chainlink feeds, DEX data, third-party pool data, and hosted projections. Displayed identity, price, status, balance, liquidity, volume, history, multiplier, halt, and portfolio information may be stale, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, inconsistent, or incorrect. A matching name or ticker does not prove that a token is official; verify the chain and contract address against RHJ's current registry before acting.
- Indexed prices and charts are observations, not offers or executable prices. A quote applies only to the identified input token, output token, pool, router, fee tier, amount, minimum output, slippage limit, recipient, chain, and short validity period. Pool state, market prices, token multipliers, transaction ordering, and other conditions may change before confirmation, causing a different result or a failed transaction.
- Strategy currently prepares exact-input transactions for selected third-party AMM pools. Those transactions execute against public smart contracts, not against Beb, Inc., Robinhood, RHJ, the referenced company or fund, or a regulated exchange through Strategy. Beb, Inc. does not provide best execution, route every available venue, guarantee the best price, operate or control the selected pool, or guarantee liquidity, execution, settlement, redemption, or continuous market access.
- You are responsible for reviewing every wallet request, token approval, contract address, pool, router, fee, amount, minimum output, slippage limit, recipient, and network before signing. Token approvals and transactions may be public, irreversible, delayed, repriced, reordered, front-run, sandwiched, reverted, censored, or permanently failed. You are responsible for gas, pool fees, price impact, slippage, failed-transaction costs, taxes, and any other charges or losses.
- Stock splits, reverse splits, dividends, mergers, delistings, insolvencies, distributions, redemptions, and other corporate actions may change a Stock Token's economic exposure, status, price feed, transferability, redemption treatment, or onchain multiplier without changing its raw wallet balance. Trading or quoting may be paused or remain available while data is stale. You are responsible for checking the current issuer documentation, multiplier, oracle status, halt status, and final onchain state.
Risk and Responsibility
- Robinhood Stock Tokens carry a high level of risk, are not appropriate for all investors, and may lose some or all of their value. Risks include movements in the underlying security, after-hours gaps, tracking error, issuer or counterparty default or insolvency, inability to redeem, illiquidity, thin or out-of-range AMM liquidity, stablecoin or quote-token failure, oracle or multiplier error, corporate actions, smart-contract exploits, sequencer or network failure, wallet compromise, regulatory change, and tax consequences.
- Prices on a secondary AMM may trade above or below the value reported for the underlying security or the issuer's primary market and may remain disconnected indefinitely. A displayed spread is not guaranteed arbitrage, profit, convergence, or access to a hedge, mint, redemption, borrow, or offsetting transaction.
- Strategy and its data, routes, and transaction preparation are provided for informational and self-directed use only. Nothing in Strategy is investment, brokerage, legal, accounting, or tax advice; a recommendation; an offer or solicitation; a suitability or appropriateness determination; or a promise of return. You must make your own assessment and consult your own professional advisers where appropriate.
- You control and are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, devices, token approvals, assets, and transactions. Beb, Inc. does not custody assets, recover keys, reverse transactions, compensate trading losses, resolve issuer claims, or guarantee continued access to Strategy, Robinhood Chain, any Stock Token, any pool, or any third-party service.
- The general disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, class-action waiver, force majeure, termination, privacy, and enforcement provisions in these Terms also apply to Strategy. If this section directly conflicts with another part of these Terms, this Strategy-specific section controls only for your use of Strategy.
retard.market Section
retard.market is an optional experimental entertainment feature built from independent release-specific markets on supported public blockchains. Releases may include the experimental $RETARD memecoin, creator-token or company-reference meme markets, staking and funded reward features, while historical releases may use prediction-share mechanics. Some historical V10 releases place each market's YES and NO positions, collateral, trading logic, capital-weighted selection, fees, and claims in one ERC-1155 smart contract with an internal fully collateralized binary fixed-product automated market maker ("AMM"). By accessing retard.market, launching a market, buying or selling a token or position, burning or staking $RETARD behind a creator, claiming a reward, backing a side, closing or settling a market, claiming a distribution or fee credit, using a referral, or interacting with related smart contracts, you agree that:
Eligibility, Experimental Status, and Product Nature
- You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter these Terms, and legally allowed to use retard.market where you live and where you access it. Do not use retard.market if digital-asset trading or any feature it provides is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction.
- retard.market is experimental software and may be presented as a preview, canary, test market, or other limited release, including releases that use real assets. A canary or test label does not make transactions reversible, assets valueless, or losses recoverable. You should participate only with assets you can afford to lose entirely.
- retard.market is offered as an experimental memecoin, meme-market, entertainment, and historical prediction-share feature. It is not offered as a truth oracle, brokerage service, exchange, fiduciary service, bank account, deposit, or guarantee of profit, liquidity, continued operation, a favorable outcome, or recovery.
- retard.market questions, YES and NO labels, media, and the markets that present them are satirical parodies offered for entertainment. They are not factual claims or endorsements. Market percentages, rankings, and selected or unselected status describe mechanical market and settlement results; they do not establish that an answer is true, correct, lawful, endorsed by Beb, Inc., or objectively resolved. Historical fixed-term selection releases do not use one-person-one-vote; their selected side is determined through a capital-weighted random process rather than by unique-user count or an external fact resolver. The V0.10.27 person-reference release uses perpetual synthetic BAIL/BONK token markets and has no random selection or claim phase. V12.27 instead uses permanent creator-token markets, the experimental $RETARD memecoin, burn-and-remint staking, synthetic display support, and separately Safe-funded rewards as described below.
- A release may permit an eligible wallet to create a market and choose its question, answer names, media, duration launcher, and opening-liquidity amount, subject to contract, launcher, sponsorship, and hosted-interface limits. Market metadata may be provocative, inaccurate, offensive, misleading, or supplied by a third party. A market's presence, discoverability, sponsorship, or designation as "official" does not mean that Beb, Inc. verifies or endorses its question, answers, creator, assets, safety, or legality.
V12.27 Experimental $RETARD Memecoin and Creator-Token Markets
- $RETARD is an experimental memecoin with a maximum supply of one trillion tokens. It is not stock, debt, a deposit, a governance right, a revenue share, or a claim on any person, company, market, pool, asset, or fee. No price, profit, listing, utility, reward, airdrop, or period of support is promised. $RETARD may become hard to trade or lose all value.
- V12.27 creator tokens are fixed-supply meme tokens that refer to X accounts or creators. They are separate from the named person. They do not give you control of that person's account, equity, revenue, governance, endorsement, publicity rights, or any claim against that person. Anyone may launch a market by paying network gas. A launch adds no seed money and gives the caller no creator tokens or liquidity position. The protocol creates one permanent native-asset/creator-token Uniswap v4 pool.
- Each public creator-token trade has a 2.00% pool fee. The protocol owns fees from its liquidity position. The creator and $RETARD stakers get none of these trading fees. Any creator or staker rewards come only from a separate funded reward schedule. Thin pools, price impact, transaction order, front-running, sandwiching, and manipulation can make your trade differ from the app's quote.
- Staking burns the chosen $RETARD amount and creates a position that cannot be transferred. You choose a whole-day term from 1 through 365 days. The term gives 1x to 10x reward weight. This weight is not APY, an interest rate, a token multiplier, a principal multiplier, or a promised payout. Extra weight ends at the first daily reward boundary at or after maturity. An open mature position then earns at 1x unless its owner starts a new term.
- Ending a stake early permanently destroys the part of the original $RETARD amount for time not served. The contract returns only the time-served part, using its rounding rules. At or after maturity, the full original amount can return. The owner may instead start a new term without a new burn. Ending a stake also claims any reward that is ready. Onchain state, not the app's estimate, controls every amount.
- Only active stakes with a current term of at least 30 days get synthetic price support. Each burned $RETARD gives one support credit. Terms from 1 through 29 days get no support. The curve gives a 5.5x price multiplier at one billion active support credits and always stays below 10x. Support can change the pool curve, real trade price, and shown creator-token FDV. It is not cash, backing, pool liquidity, an appraisal, organic demand, downside protection, or a promise that holders can sell at the shown FDV. Trades, contract price limits, indexing, and pool state can change the result.
- The multisignature Bank Safe may fund TipVault, publish or replace a Merkle root, set future gross daily reward rates, and fund a limited runway. It may also change allowed future policy settings after the contract's delay and within its hard limits. While a funded schedule runs, the fixed creator recipient gets 25% of gross vested rewards. Active stakers can share up to 75% based on reward weight. Actual staker rewards are limited by the funded runway, market capacity, each position's current-term cap, active time, rounding, and onchain accounting. Unused amounts are not promised to creators or stakers.
- Reward rates, daily estimates, multipliers, claimable amounts, runway, and future schedules may change, pause, end, or be replaced for the future. The app may also show stale estimates. A later Safe change cannot erase rewards that have already vested. No future reward, refill, allocation, rate, or annual funding amount is promised. Actions may require separate transactions, gas, checkpoints, and confirmations.
- The current X tipping season uses offchain shadow points only. An X tip does not move $RETARD or create an onchain reward. It does not promise an airdrop or future tokens. Registration, posts, wallet addresses, and share cards do not promise eligibility or an allocation. A page named "airdrop" does not mean a token claim is live. Any future token drop needs its own published rules, amounts, contract, and terms.
- V12.27 creator markets are meant to be permanent under the deployed contracts. The Safe and market creators cannot shut down a market or recover its principal. This does not promise that the app, data service, reward schedule, chain, outside services, trading, liquidity, price, or value will continue. Check the chain, token, protocol, pool, transaction details, and confirmed onchain state before acting.
Person- and Company-Reference Meme Markets
- Person- and company-reference markets, including markets presented with a person's social-media handle or as asking what a company is worth, are meme markets and purely speculative entertainment. A market token is not stock, equity, debt, a security issued by the referenced person or company, a shareholder or governance right, a redemption right, or a claim on the referenced person or company, its assets, revenue, profits, financing, identity, publicity rights, or intellectual property.
- Company names, people, social-media handles, tickers, logos, trademarks, questions, and media are used only to identify the subject of a meme market. Beb, Inc., retard.market, each market, and each market token are independent of and have no affiliation, sponsorship, approval, partnership, or endorsement from any referenced company, founder, employee, investor, social-media platform, trademark owner, or other third party.
- Each current V0.10.27 person-reference market starts from a fixed 27.6-native total-supply fully diluted valuation selected to equal $69,000 only at the pinned reference price of $2,500 per native asset. Its displayed dollar value changes with the native-asset/USD price. This starting reference is a synthetic mechanism parameter, not an appraisal, person or company statement, offer, executable all-holder exit value, or promise that the market will trade at, track, converge to, or be redeemable for that amount. Confirmed contract and pool state controls over interface copy, charts, estimates, and social images.
- Historical company-reference releases may use a separate offchain starting reference market capitalization equal to 10% of a selected private-company valuation in Beb, Inc.'s dated research corpus. That historical private-company valuation and 10% reference convention may be incomplete, estimated, stale, disputed, or based on a financing, tender, secondary transaction, or other methodology; it is not the current V0.10.27 launch rule.
- Current V0.10.27 pools are hookless Uniswap v4 pools with a static PoolKey fee of 20,000 fee units, equal to 2.00%. There is no custom hook fee or separate application trading surcharge. The Uniswap pool fee applies to each core swap, including a BAIL buy, a BAIL sale, the token sale used to open a BONK position, and the token repurchase used to close a BONK position. Pool fees accrue to liquidity positions under Uniswap's accounting. Fees attributable to the official locked position can be collected by calling the market, but the market sends them only to the designated Safe at 0xa679568586Ab40Ce14B187Bc1993DAc1Ba1372C6; fees attributable to third-party positions belong to those liquidity providers.
- V0.10.27 launches with zero project native asset and a fixed one-billion-token supply. At launch, approximately 289.86 million tokens are locked in one one-sided range whose D=8 setting is a marked-value and local price-depth target, not 8 native assets of cash backing. The position is out of range and active pool liquidity is zero until the first BAIL buy crosses into it and contributes native asset. The official position's principal cannot be decreased or withdrawn. It does not guarantee the displayed liquidity amount, create a redemption floor, or promise that a trader can exit at a displayed price. The market retains the remaining approximately 710.14 million tokens as finite BONK inventory; each BONK close is limited to that wallet's collateral plus actual sale proceeds, and unpaid underwater debt may be written down rather than charged to another wallet.
- Historical V0.10.12 company-reference pools use a nominal two-part swap charge: an immutable hook charge equal to 1.00% of gross swap input and a Uniswap v4 LP fee of 10,000 fee units, equal to 1.00%, on the amount processed by the core pool, producing a 1.99% combined pre-price-impact reduction rather than an arithmetic 2.00% for an exact-input swap. Historical pool and fee state controls over summaries in these Terms.
- Any displayed market capitalization, percentage, ranking, gain, loss, or price after launch is a synthetic market output shaped by AMM liquidity, supply, demand, fees, transaction ordering, and other onchain activity. It is not a factual valuation of the referenced person or company. BAIL and BONK positions may each fall to $0. Meme-market tokens may be extremely volatile, illiquid, manipulated, or abandoned and may lose all value.
Historical ERC-1155 Markets, Trading, and Settlement
- Each historical fixed-term ERC-1155 V10 market is an independent, non-upgradeable contract created from a fixed implementation. The market holds native collateral and operates one internal AMM for its YES and NO positions. "Fully collateralized" describes the contract's complete-set accounting while the market is open; it does not promise that a position has a fixed value, can be redeemed for one dollar or one native asset, will be selected, or will return the amount paid. Current V0.10.27 instead uses one immutable launcher and market implementation with separate clone markets, transferable ERC-20 market coins, hookless Uniswap v4 pools, and the mechanics stated in the Person- and Company-Reference section above.
- Historical fixed-term V10 YES and NO positions are ERC-1155 units used to calculate AMM execution. They cannot be transferred wallet-to-wallet. They may be acquired only through the market's buy function, returned through its sell function while the market is open, or burned in an eligible selected-side claim after resolution. The separate opening-liquidity receipt is also non-transferable and remains locked until resolution.
- A historical fixed-term V10 position's raw share balance and its attached native-capital claim weight are different measurements. A buy attaches the post-trading-fee native amount to that wallet and side. A partial or complete sell removes the corresponding attached weight pro rata. Raw shares determine AMM entry and exit amounts; attached capital determines both the side's selection weight and that wallet's share of a selected-side distribution.
- The AMM share price and capital-weighted selection odds are separate. Share price is the AMM's current marginal execution price. Displayed odds estimate a side's share of the total attached capital, including the opening liquidity counted on both sides. Neither measure is objective probability, truth, a unique-user vote, a fixed-value claim, or a guaranteed payout.
- Each buy and each sell is one direct transaction with the market contract and does not require a separate ERC-20 or ERC-1155 approval transaction. A buy deducts the trading fee, adds the remaining amount to collateral and attached claim weight, and returns AMM-priced shares. A sell returns shares to the AMM, removes collateral and attached weight pro rata, deducts the trading fee, and sends the quoted native amount to the seller. Slippage limits, transaction deadlines, and contract state can cause either transaction to fail.
- Quotes, share output, sale proceeds, price impact, average price, displayed odds, and "max payout" or selected-side payout previews are estimates based on a particular observed state. Other buys or sells, transaction ordering, rounding, fees, and state changes before confirmation or close can change them. A selected-side payout preview includes returned capital and any allocated share of opposing capital; it is not promised profit or a fixed redemption value.
- Durations, sponsorship, opening liquidity, official-market status, fee recipients, contract addresses, supported launchers, and other mechanics may differ between current and historical releases. You are responsible for verifying the exact chain, launcher, market, transaction, release, and current rules before acting. Confirmed smart-contract state controls over interface text, countdowns, percentages, charts, simulations, documentation, or social posts.
Historical Fixed-Term Markets, Opening Liquidity, and Creator Earnings
- Historical fixed-term production launcher families support durations of 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, and 3 days. Each launcher fixes one duration. The market contract rejects buys and sells when its deadline is reached, but a separate permissionless close transaction is still required to freeze state and begin settlement. Current V0.10.27 is perpetual and has no market close or settlement phase; closing an individual BONK position is a trade exit, not market settlement.
- A creator-funded launch uses any positive amount sent with the launch as that market's exact opening liquidity. There is no contract-level creator-funded minimum, maximum, or duration-based top-up. The creator receives the non-transferable opening-liquidity receipt, and that capital remains locked until the market resolves. Opening liquidity may produce very thin trading depth and may be partially or completely lost.
- A zero-value launch in those historical releases uses the sponsored path only if the creator has a current launch credit and the controlling launcher's vault has enough funds. The historical sponsored amount is 0.0001 native asset for every supported duration. The launcher, not the creator, owns the sponsored market's opening-liquidity receipt and may recycle its redemption to the launcher vault. Sponsorship is discretionary, revocable before use, capacity-limited, and not promised to any person or market.
- Those historical production launchers are owned by a designated multisignature Safe. A revocable operations signer may issue or change sponsored-launch credits but cannot withdraw the launcher vault or protocol credits. The Safe may issue credits, replace that signer, withdraw uncommitted launcher-vault funds, and receive or withdraw protocol credits. These launcher powers do not permit the Safe or operations signer to change, pause, upgrade, reverse, or recover assets from an already-created historical fixed-term V10 market.
- In those historical fixed-term releases, the creator receives 50% of each trading fee and 50% of the 7.5% settlement fee. These amounts become creator credits in the market and require a separate creator-authorized withdrawal. A self-funded creator's opening-liquidity redemption is separate from fee credits and may include returned opening capital, so total creator proceeds are not the same as creator profit. Current V0.10.27 has no creator fee share or settlement fee; fees from its official locked Uniswap position are sent only to the designated Safe stated above.
- Claims and credit withdrawals do not happen automatically. A position holder, creator, referrer, opening-liquidity provider, or authorized protocol recipient may need to submit one or more separate onchain transactions, pay gas, and wait for confirmation. Portfolio values, claim estimates, fee totals, weights, timers, and market status may be stale or incomplete, and historical contract releases may use different mechanics.
Historical Fixed-Term Referral Attribution and Credits
- A historical fixed-term V10 buy or sell may include a non-self referral address. The market contract records the referral supplied to that particular transaction and credits any resulting referral amount inside that market. A referral does not become entitled merely because a link was opened, stored, shared, or displayed; the successful onchain transaction and controlling contract state determine any credit. Current V0.10.27 has no referral-fee credit mechanism.
- The current hosted interface may store a valid referral reference in the browser for up to 30 days. An explicit different valid referral link may replace an active stored reference. Storage restrictions, expiration, malformed or self-referring links, backend resolution, wallet changes, interface failures, or transaction inputs may prevent attribution. You are responsible for reviewing the transaction before submission.
- Referral credits are market-specific, do not transfer automatically, and require an onchain withdrawal by the credited address. Referral links, codes, attribution rules, fee shares, availability, and hosted displays may be changed or discontinued for later markets or releases. Beb, Inc. does not guarantee attribution, referral eligibility, successful withdrawal, or any amount of referral income.
Trading, Fees, and Blockchain Mechanics
- Historical fixed-term V10 buys and sells charge an immutable 0.50% trading fee on the native amount processed by the market. Without a valid referral, the fee is split equally between the designated protocol owner and market creator. With a valid non-self referral, 10% of the fee is credited to the referrer, 40% to the protocol, and 50% to the creator. The referral's 10% share of the fee equals 0.05% of the transaction amount and is part of, not additional to, the 0.50% trading fee. Current V0.10.27 person-reference fee mechanics are stated separately above.
- Historical fixed-term settlement deducts an immutable 7.5% settlement fee from frozen collateral before selected-side and opening-liquidity claims. The settlement fee is split equally between the designated protocol owner and market creator. The remaining 92.5% is allocated between eligible external selected-side positions and the opening-liquidity receipt according to frozen attached-capital weights. The creator and protocol therefore have economic interests that may differ from yours. Neither acts as your fiduciary or promises to protect your principal. Current V0.10.27 has no settlement fee or claim phase.
- The opening liquidity contributes equal baseline attached-capital weight to YES and NO. External post-fee buys add weight only to the purchased side, and sells remove that wallet's weight pro rata. A side with more holders, more raw shares in user wallets, a higher AMM price, or more social support is not necessarily the side with greater selection weight.
- Quotes, minimum outputs, price impact, raw share balances, attached-capital weights, selection odds, fees, countdowns, transaction status, and claim estimates may be stale, estimated, incomplete, manipulated, or inconsistent across the interface, backend, projector, RPC provider, explorer, and blockchain. Slippage settings and transaction deadlines reduce some execution uncertainty but do not guarantee execution or price.
- Public transactions and thin automated markets are exposed to extreme volatility, illiquidity, front-running, sandwich attacks, arbitrage, adverse transaction ordering, wash trading, coordinated price activity, smart-contract exploits, chain reorganizations, and complete loss of value. Other users may buy, sell, close, settle, rearm settlement, claim, or otherwise change market state before your transaction confirms.
- Transactions and signatures can be irreversible. You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, device security, recipients, chain selection, contract addresses, nonces, slippage, deadlines, and transaction review, as well as gas, trading fees, settlement deductions, failed-transaction costs, taxes, and other charges. Completed transactions are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Historical Fixed-Term Closing, Selection, and Claims
- In historical fixed-term releases, at the market deadline the contract rejects further buys and sells. The deadline alone does not close or resolve the market. A permissionless close transaction freezes collateral, AMM reserves, share price, attached-capital weights, selection odds, and opening-liquidity supply, then schedules a later Robinhood Chain block for settlement. Keepers or other users may submit close, settle, or rearm transactions. Current V0.10.27 is perpetual and has no deadline, random selection, settlement, or claim phase.
- A future Robinhood Chain block hash supplies the unpredictable input for a random selection weighted by the two frozen attached-capital amounts. The currently scheduled block is two blocks after close. This is not verifiable-random-function-grade or trustless randomness. Robinhood's sequencer or a compromised or colluding block producer may be able to influence block production, transaction ordering, censorship, settlement timing, or repeated entropy rounds. If the scheduled block hash becomes unavailable after the blockchain's blockhash window, a later permissionless transaction may rearm settlement to a new future block.
- After resolution, an eligible selected-side holder burns shares and receives a portion of the external selected-side distribution based on the native-capital claim weight still attached to that wallet's position, not the raw number of shares burned. Unselected-side positions do not receive a market distribution. A claim amount is not fixed at one dollar, one native asset, or the holder's purchase amount and may be zero or less than the holder paid after the selected side, prior buys and sells, opening-liquidity share, trading fees, settlement fee, rounding, and other contract rules are applied.
- The opening-liquidity provider separately burns its locked receipt for the portion of the post-settlement-fee assets allocated to the opening weight on the selected side. A sponsored-market redemption returns to the launcher vault; a creator-funded redemption goes to the creator-controlled receipt holder. Neither amount is a guaranteed return of the opening liquidity.
- Historical fixed-term position and opening-liquidity claims do not expire under the market contract, but they require onchain transactions and gas and do not happen automatically. An interface batch claim may attempt multiple claims and skip failed, ineligible, stale, or previously claimed entries. Lost keys, inaccessible wallets, unavailable infrastructure, contract defects, rounding, or holder inactivity may leave some assets unclaimed indefinitely.
- Deployed V10 contracts and positions are immutable and have no administrator pause, upgrade, rescue, reversal, or forced-refund function. Deploying a replacement launcher, hook, or market implementation does not alter an already-created contract or market. Beb, Inc. may change or discontinue its hosted interface, projector, keeper, or supported release without being able to stop direct interaction with public contracts.
- Historical releases, including V9 and earlier systems, use different token, pool, transfer, fee, referral, claim, settlement, and administrative mechanics. Historical assets or contracts may remain transferable, tradable, claimable, or accessible through archival or third-party interfaces while being unsupported by current V10 routes. Beb, Inc. does not guarantee continued support, liquidity, market data, price, claims, migration, or recovery for historical, canary, test, superseded, unofficial, or third-party assets, pools, or contracts.
X Points Tipping
- A points-tipping season is an optional, offchain promotional and community feature. To participate, you must use the published command grammar, enroll the stable numeric X account and wallet you control, consent to the season rules and this Privacy Notice, and remain eligible under the published policy. Handles are labels only; the numeric X account ID and designated wallet control identity for the season.
- Points are provisional, season-scoped, non-transferable bookkeeping units. They are not money, cryptocurrency, property, a deposit, equity, debt, a security, a prize, a claim against Beb, Inc., or a promise of an airdrop, token, conversion, redemption, cash value, market value, or future feature. You may not purchase, sell, assign, pledge, or transfer points.
- An accepted command may reserve the sender's daily allowance and create provisional points for the direct parent Post's author. Commands are subject to syntax, enrollment, wallet, allowance, pair, timing, capacity, moderation, sanctions, controlled-identity, reciprocity, consideration, giveaway, account-compromise, and abuse controls. A public receipt is evidence of the recorded offchain result at that time, not a promise that points will mature or retain any status.
- Beb, Inc. may delay, reject, reverse, correct, freeze, investigate, or cancel commands or points; suspend replies; restrict a participant or wallet; close or cancel a season; or discontinue the feature for product, legal, privacy, security, economic, platform-policy, abuse, sanctions, capacity, outage, or operational reasons. Provisional points mature only after the published delay and remain subject to later reversal where the rules permit. Aggregate or personal displays may be delayed or corrected from the append-only ledger.
- You may opt out to stop future participation and may use the published appeal process for a receipt before the season deadline. Opting out does not erase public X Posts, receipts already published by X, immutable ledger or audit records needed to prevent duplication and explain prior results, or records retained as described in the Privacy Notice. X separately controls its platform, accounts, Posts, APIs, moderation, and availability.
- Unless a later season's reviewed and published rules expressly state otherwise, points have no settlement and no allocation, token, claim contract, pool, leaderboard, or financial reward. No statement outside the checked-in season rules and the hosted season page changes that limitation. Taxes and legal eligibility remain your responsibility.
Infrastructure, Administration, and Prohibited Conduct
- retard.market depends on Robinhood Chain, native assets, wallets, smart contracts, RPC providers, projectors, keepers, relayers, explorers, APIs, databases, hosting providers, and other third-party infrastructure. These components may be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, congested, censored, reorganized, exploited, upgraded, discontinued, or otherwise fail.
- Hosted projectors, APIs, charts, portfolios, rankings, receipts, and keepers provide views or submit permissionless transactions; they do not replace confirmed V10 smart-contract state. Indexing delays or replays can temporarily omit, duplicate, reorder, or correct displayed activity. A hosted service being unavailable does not extend a market's onchain trading deadline.
- Depending on the release, designated administrators, multisignature wallets, market creators, fee recipients, keepers, or operators may create or designate official markets, select launch metadata, grant sponsorship, fund or withdraw uncommitted launcher-vault assets, receive or withdraw fee credits, index markets, or support permissionless close and settlement. An official designation identifies the launch path; it is not a warranty, truth determination, audit opinion, fiduciary undertaking, or promise of liquidity or safety.
- You may not use retard.market for fraud, market manipulation, wash trading, self-dealing, self-referral abuse, Sybil behavior, spoofing, coordinated price activity, unauthorized botting or automated trading, denial-of-service activity, contract interference, keeper interference, transaction-ordering abuse directed at other users, exploit use, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or manipulation of prices, selection weights, rankings, fees, referrals, claims, close, settlement, APIs, projectors, or smart contracts.
- Beb, Inc. may investigate activity, require additional information, refuse or limit hosted-interface access, remove or correct hosted referral attribution, correct off-chain records, block accounts or wallets from hosted services, report suspected misconduct, or take other action allowed by these Terms and applicable law. Beb, Inc. cannot guarantee that it can stop or reverse activity on a public blockchain or remove an onchain credit already created by a confirmed transaction.
- You are responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, records, and accounting related to retard.market trades, positions, native assets, claims, referrals, fees, rewards, migrations, gains, losses, and other transactions or benefits.
- The general disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, class-action waiver, force majeure, termination, and enforcement provisions in these Terms also apply to retard.market. If this section directly conflicts with another part of these Terms, this retard.market-specific section controls only for your use of retard.market.
Eat The Rich Section
Eat The Rich is an optional experimental online game involving runs, combat, raids, player bases, virtual net worth, random rewards, collectible pitchforks, seasonal progression, rankings, social features, and integrations with services such as Steam and Discord. By accessing /eattherich, creating or using an Eat The Rich profile, playing a run, opening a chest, joining or defending against a raid, using virtual items or currency, connecting Steam or Discord, trading a supported item, participating in a season, or using related features, you agree that:
Eligibility and Product Nature
- You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter these Terms, and legally allowed to use Eat The Rich where you live and where you access it. Do not use Eat The Rich if it is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction.
- Eat The Rich is an experimental entertainment and video-game service. It is not an investment product, financial account, brokerage service, exchange, sportsbook, lottery, sweepstakes, employment relationship, or guarantee of profit, winnings, rewards, availability, or continued operation.
- Labels such as "NW," "net worth," "cash," "loot," "stake," "entry," "pot," "richest," "all-in," "reward," "value," "market," or similar game language describe fictional or in-game mechanics. They do not represent fiat currency, cryptocurrency, deposits, wages, securities, or a claim against Beb, Inc.
- In-game NW, progress, ranks, roles, characters, statistics, unlocks, chests, rewards, and other game state have no guaranteed cash value, redemption value, resale value, availability, or permanence. They cannot be withdrawn from or redeemed with Beb, Inc. unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific feature.
- Eat The Rich may include previews, play-tests, temporary seasons, balance experiments, test rewards, or limited releases. Beb, Inc. may pause, modify, rebalance, reset, migrate, restrict, cancel, or discontinue any game mode, season, account, realm, item, reward, leaderboard, integration, or other feature for legal, safety, security, technical, economic, anti-abuse, operational, or product reasons.
Accounts, Steam, Discord, and Public Activity
- Eat The Rich may require or permit authentication through Steam, Discord, browser-based identifiers, or other account systems. You are responsible for securing your accounts, devices, credentials, sessions, and linked services. Activity performed through your authenticated account may be treated as authorized by you.
- Steam, Discord, and other third-party services are operated under their own terms, policies, availability, moderation, regional restrictions, and technical rules. Beb, Inc. does not control those services and is not responsible for their outages, account actions, inventory restrictions, market restrictions, policy changes, data inaccuracies, or discontinuation.
- Linking an external account may allow Beb, Inc. and its providers to receive, verify, cache, display, and use identifiers, profile information, inventory, achievements, roles, server membership, playtime, and related data as described in the Privacy Notice and as needed to operate Eat The Rich.
- Usernames, profiles, chat, messages, recruitment links, player cards, bases, rankings, raid history, public statistics, and other social or gameplay activity may be visible to other users or the public. Do not submit personal information or content that you do not want displayed.
- You represent that you have the rights and permissions required for content, names, images, messages, links, and other material you submit. You may not impersonate another person, threaten or harass others, publish unlawful or infringing content, disclose another person's private information, or use Eat The Rich to organize real-world harm.
Gameplay, Raids, Randomness, and Virtual Economy
- Eat The Rich uses server-authoritative records for accounts, inventories, NW, rewards, chests, raids, seasons, playtime, progression, and other economic state. Confirmed server state controls over client animations, simulations, previews, local files, cached data, screenshots, estimated odds, or interface labels.
- Runs, raids, chests, drops, matchmaking, rewards, and other outcomes may use randomness, server clocks, eligibility rules, power calculations, difficulty settings, loss caps, reward tables, and other mechanics. Displayed odds and previews are informational and may be rounded, delayed, incomplete, corrected, or changed for future actions. They do not guarantee a particular result.
- Raids may require an in-game NW entry, consume that entry whether you win or lose, transfer or destroy virtual NW or eligible items, reserve items during a live raid, or expose a player's base to asynchronous attack. Some modes may risk all available liquid NW. Review the displayed entry, odds, target, potential loss, and potential reward before confirming.
- Eat The Rich may validate playtime, active participation, combat events, device or session signals, account standing, human verification, and other eligibility criteria before granting or preserving rewards. Time spent online, a client-reported result, or an interface animation does not by itself guarantee a reward.
- Seasons, supply limits, drop tables, item tiers, character bonuses, progression rules, costs, rewards, and balance parameters may change. Seasonal issuance may end, but that does not guarantee scarcity, market demand, transferability, liquidity, support, or value for any item.
- Interface, backend, Steam, Discord, cache, database, and client state may temporarily diverge. Operations may be delayed, retried, rejected, rolled back before final server confirmation, or corrected to restore authoritative state. Beb, Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted access or recovery of unconfirmed progress.
Collectible Pitchforks and Third-Party Trading
- Certain pitchforks or other supported items may be represented in or transferred through Steam inventory or another third-party system. An item being transferable does not guarantee that it can be listed, sold, purchased, delivered, recovered, or used in every season, account, region, or game mode.
- Third-party item descriptions, market prices, listings, sale history, inventory balances, transfer status, and estimated values may be stale, inaccurate, manipulated, unavailable, or inconsistent with Eat The Rich. Beb, Inc. does not guarantee a buyer, market, price, minimum value, liquidity, or future utility for any item.
- A transfer, enlistment, defense assignment, raid commitment, cooldown, trade hold, account restriction, or third-party rule may temporarily or permanently prevent an item from being traded, used, moved, or recovered. Review all confirmations and third-party prompts before acting.
- Completed third-party trades and transfers may be irreversible. Beb, Inc. cannot reverse a Steam or other third-party transaction, restore an item transferred to the wrong account, or compensate you for third-party fees, fraud, account compromise, market losses, or service failures.
Fair Play, Enforcement, and Fictional Content
- You may not use Eat The Rich for cheating, bots or unauthorized automation, macros, fake playtime, multi-account or Sybil abuse, collusion, raid manipulation, win trading, inventory duplication, referral abuse, scraping or API abuse, denial-of-service activity, exploit use, reverse engineering intended to enable abuse, circumvention of eligibility or loss limits, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or manipulation of accounts, NW, rewards, odds, rankings, seasons, inventories, trades, raids, APIs, databases, or third-party integrations.
- Beb, Inc. may investigate activity, require additional information or verification, invalidate a run or raid, remove or adjust virtual currency, items, progress, referrals, rewards, rankings, or roles, restrict social features, unlink third-party accounts, suspend or terminate access, preserve records, report suspected misconduct, or take other action allowed by these Terms and applicable law.
- Anti-abuse systems and enforcement decisions may rely on automated signals, server records, account relationships, gameplay patterns, reports, and manual review. Beb, Inc. does not guarantee that every violation will be detected or that all game losses caused by another user's misconduct can be restored.
- Eat The Rich contains satire, fictionalized characters, parody names, exaggerated dialogue, and depictions of conflict involving public figures, institutions, wealth, politics, and internet culture. These game elements are entertainment, not factual claims, threats, instructions for real-world conduct, or endorsements by the depicted people or organizations.
- You are responsible for taxes, reporting obligations, and records related to any third-party item trade, payment, benefit, or other transaction associated with your use of Eat The Rich.
- The general disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, class-action waiver, force majeure, termination, privacy, and enforcement provisions in these Terms also apply to Eat The Rich. If this section directly conflicts with another part of these Terms, this Eat The Rich-specific section controls only for your use of Eat The Rich.
fid.market Section
fid.market is the home of the $FARCASTER ID memecoin, a commemorative, experimental memecoin celebrating the ethos of the first large decentralized social network, and an interface for claiming or registering Base FIDs. The token, Base FID registry, and interface are not the Farcaster protocol, do not continue or operate the Farcaster network, and do not grant ownership of a Farcaster account or protocol FID. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the applicable brand owner, fid.market, $FARCASTER, and Base FIDs are not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Farcaster, Neynar, Warpcast, or their respective owners, affiliates, employees, or contributors. By accessing /fid, checking an allocation, minting, claiming, registering, holding, transferring, or recovering a Base FID, receiving, holding, transferring, trading, or providing liquidity for $FARCASTER, or interacting with related contracts or pools, you agree that:
Commemorative Base FID Mint and Registry
- A Base FID is a paid commemorative mint only. It has no application, social-network, governance, reward, identity-verification, or other product utility or functionality beyond the onchain custody-registry operations expressly described in this section. The current Base FID Registry at
0x6D95f435EcD65A43E7233649EAb05Ef8e5761Dffis a Base smart-contract custody registry, not an ERC-721 or ERC-1155 NFT contract. A Base FID is an independent sequential onchain registry record associated with a custody address. It is not mapped to, a replacement for, or legal proof of ownership of a Farcaster protocol FID, username, account, profile, verification, reputation, or content. - Base FIDs 0 through 299 are permanently reserved to the protocol. After the one-time migration described below, any address may pay exactly 0.0015 ETH per FID, plus network gas, to mint between 1 and 100 consecutive next-available Base FIDs to itself in one transaction. A wallet may hold multiple Base FIDs. A successful mint does not create, recover, transfer, or modify any Farcaster protocol account or FID.
- Before public minting opens, the pinned deployer may execute one fee-free migration that assigns one new sequential Base FID for each registration in the superseded Base FID registry to that registration's then-current custody address. Duplicate custody addresses may receive multiple new FIDs. Old identifier numbers are not preserved, and migration does not establish a numeric or identity mapping to an old Base FID or a Farcaster protocol FID. The migration authority is revoked by the same successful transaction.
- A displayed latest or next identifier is not a reservation or guarantee. Other transactions may mint first; transactions may fail, be reordered, remain pending, or execute at an unexpected time; and confirmed Base state controls over interface labels, cached results, estimates, or third-party records.
- You are solely responsible for the connected wallet, destination, custody address, quantity, transaction value, network, contract address, signatures, and approvals used for a Base FID. Public FIDs are transferable by their current custody wallet. Incorrect destinations, compromised or lost keys, malicious signatures, smart-contract defects, upgrades, RPC or sequencer failures, and other blockchain risks may cause permanent loss or reassignment. Blockchain transactions and mint fees generally cannot be reversed or refunded.
- The registry is upgradeable and its Bank Safe owner may authorize implementation upgrades and withdraw accumulated mint fees. Public contract state, transaction history, ownership, and registry associations are visible to others. Minting, migrating, holding, or transferring a Base FID does not change the historical $FARCASTER airdrop snapshot, create or increase an allocation, grant a token, or promise utility, reward, recognition, market, or value.
Memecoin Nature and No Promised Utility
- $FARCASTER is a memecoin. It is a commemorative, community-oriented digital token and is not stock, equity, debt, a deposit, a fund interest, a governance right, a claim on revenue or fees, ownership of Beb, Inc. or any other entity, a right to use or control the Farcaster protocol, or a promise of profit, appreciation, liquidity, future utility, development, support, or continued operation.
- References to Farcaster, FIDs, community history, an airdrop, paper value, fully diluted value, liquidity, or "Farcaster forever" are descriptive or commemorative. They are not representations that $FARCASTER has intrinsic value, is an official Farcaster asset, will preserve Farcaster, or will trade at any displayed or implied value.
- $FARCASTER may have no use beyond collection, transfer, and voluntary third-party trading. No roadmap, listing, integration, market, liquidity level, price, buyer, seller, redemption, buyback, or secondary use is promised.
- Do not acquire, hold, trade, or provide liquidity for $FARCASTER unless you can afford to lose its entire value. Beb, Inc. does not provide investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice and does not act as your broker, dealer, exchange, adviser, custodian, fiduciary, or agent.
Airdrop and FID Snapshot
- The planned distribution allocates tokens to the custody addresses recorded for Farcaster FIDs 1 through 20,000 at the disclosed, finalized Optimism snapshot. It is a historical address-based distribution, not a current ownership registry, identity verification, endorsement, reward for services, or guarantee that an FID holder controls the recipient address on another chain.
- Allocation tiers are unequal and intentionally concentrated. Displayed token amounts and paper values are informational calculations, may be rounded, and do not promise that a recipient can sell tokens for the displayed value or any value.
- Snapshot, address-resolution, deployment, batching, bridge, wallet, smart-contract, or interface errors may cause an allocation to be unavailable, inaccessible, sent to an address a person no longer controls, or unusable on the deployment chain. Public blockchain distributions generally cannot be reversed, reassigned, recovered, or corrected after confirmation.
- An allocation lookup is not custody, a token balance, proof of legal ownership, or a guarantee of delivery. Confirmed blockchain state and the canonical token contract control over interface text, cached data, screenshots, estimates, or third-party records.
Trading, Liquidity, and Blockchain Risks
- $FARCASTER is intended for deployment on Base with an initial public liquidity pool. Any deployment, pool, reserve, or launch plan may be changed, delayed, restricted, or cancelled before it occurs. After deployment, third parties may create duplicate tokens, pools, listings, websites, or claims of affiliation. You are solely responsible for verifying the canonical contract address, network, transaction details, approvals, and counterparty before acting.
- Memecoin markets can be extremely volatile, concentrated, illiquid, manipulated, front-run, or abandoned. A small number of recipients or liquidity providers may control substantial supply or liquidity and may sell, withdraw, transfer, or otherwise use assets in ways that sharply affect price and availability.
- Liquidity-pool ratios, paper values, market capitalization, fully diluted value, quoted prices, and third-party charts are estimates or market observations, not reserves held for each token and not redemption promises. Trading fees, price impact, slippage, gas, MEV, taxes, impermanent loss, smart-contract defects, sequencer or RPC failures, and pool or token impersonation may cause partial or total loss.
- Blockchain transactions are public and generally irreversible. Beb, Inc. cannot guarantee recovery for lost keys, compromised wallets, transfers to an incorrect address or contract, failed or malicious transactions, inaccessible recipient addresses, counterfeit assets, smart-contract failures, market losses, or unavailable third-party infrastructure.
- You may not use fid.market or $FARCASTER for fraud, market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, Sybil abuse, unauthorized automation, sanctions evasion, money laundering, infringement, impersonation, deceptive claims of official affiliation, exploit use, or any unlawful conduct.
- You are responsible for determining whether receiving, holding, transferring, trading, or providing liquidity for $FARCASTER is lawful where you live or access the Services and for all resulting taxes, reporting obligations, records, and accounting.
- Beb, Inc. may change, restrict, pause, or discontinue the hosted fid.market interface, metadata, allocation display, APIs, or support. Public smart contracts, tokens, and third-party pools may remain accessible without our interface and outside our control.
- The general disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, class-action waiver, force majeure, termination, privacy, and enforcement provisions in these Terms also apply to fid.market and $FARCASTER. If this section directly conflicts with another part of these Terms, this fid.market-specific section controls only for your use of fid.market and $FARCASTER.
