HOW PRIVACY
WORKS HERE.

TL;DR

Your wallet is your identity and everything it does onchain is public forever. We keep the little you give us: your wallet, an optional profile, chat, points and service logs, plus a few switches that stay in your browser. We do not sell it. Ask [email protected] to see or delete what we hold.

WHAT IS PUBLIC BY DESIGN

  • Your wallet address is your identity here. Every buy, open, reveal, sell, collect and launch is a transaction on a public blockchain: anyone can read it, forever, and we cannot delete it.
  • Live pulls, the leaderboard, the scoreboard and pack pages show wallets and the names you attach to them.
  • THE ROOM is a public chat. What you post there is visible to everyone in the market.

WHAT WE KEEP

  • The wallet addresses you connect, and the guest wallet the market creates for you if you play without one.
  • Profile fields you choose to fill in: a name, a bio, an avatar and links to X, Discord, Telegram or your site.
  • Your points ledger, invite and referral codes, chat messages, pack metadata and art you upload, and any mail you send us.
  • Standard service logs: IP address, approximate location from it, browser and device details, page views and interactions, diagnostics and abuse signals.

WHAT THIS BROWSER KEEPS

A few switches live only in your browser's local storage and never leave it: the sound setting, your guest wallet, the chart mode, which quests and unlock banners you have already seen, and unsaved studio drafts.

Clearing site data resets them. A private window starts from scratch.

WHO ELSE SEES DATA

  • Wallet connectors and embedded-wallet providers see the addresses and signatures you use with them.
  • RPC and indexing providers process the chain reads and writes the market makes on your behalf.
  • Hosting, image delivery, analytics, diagnostics and security providers see the standard service logs above.
  • Each of them works under its own policy. Blockchains, wallets, onramps and marketplaces you reach through a link are outside this notice.

WHAT WE DO WITH IT

  • Run the market: show your cards, credit your points, resolve your pulls, keep the chat and the leaderboard honest.
  • Keep it safe: detect abuse, bots and fraud, and enforce the terms.
  • Improve it: understand which screens work and which break.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

YOUR CHOICES

  • Play with a fresh wallet if you do not want your history linked to another one.
  • Disconnect at any time; the market forgets the session, not the chain.
  • Clear site data to wipe what this browser keeps.
  • In Profile → Safety & Account, sign in with your wallet and choose Delete hosted account. A separate signature confirms deletion of hosted chat, follows, saved releases, wishlists, referral membership, safety settings and your shared Vibechain profile. All hosted account sessions are revoked.
  • Your native wallet and recovery key stay on your device. Public blockchain records, assets and published asset metadata remain. Abuse reports expire after 90 days. Moderation and account-deletion audit records are retained indefinitely. Minimal moderation and session-revocation records remain to prevent repeat abuse and reuse of deleted sessions.
